Main - Lamb loin with tian of roots, onion compote & watercress. Lamb Jus, foamy garlic paired with & Southern Tor Alexandra Pinot Noir 2023.

Dessert - Ɓ la ā€˜Tarte Tatin’ with caramelized apples & rosemary ice cream paired with .
